And Gabriel takes care of the household and raising their son. But when cracks appear in the relationship, Gabriel wants a divorce. This leads to a custody battle that forces both of them to confront the changing reality of their love for each other and for their son.

Nicky (Luke Evans) en Gabriel (Billy Porter) en hun zoon vormen al jaren het perfecte familieplaatje. Nicky besteedt al zijn tijd aan zijn carrière. En Gabriel houdt zich bezig met het huishouden en de opvoeding van hun zoon. Maar als er  barsten in de relatie komen wil Gabriel scheiden. Dit leidt tot een voogdij gevecht dat hen beiden dwingt om de veranderende realiteit van hun liefde voor elkaar en voor hun zoon onder ogen te zien.
