A Musical Night with MANOEUVRE
On June 22nd our traditional summer concert will take place with the theme 'A Musical Night with MANEUVRE'. It will be an evening full of well-known musical songs, ranging from the classics Grease to the Sound of Music. But we also perform new work such as 'Spread your feathers' from the musical De Mol en de Paradijsvogel. Songs that all fit well with our profile as 'Gay Men's Chorus'. We showed a preview during our performance in January in Paradiso: DO-RE-MI .
The musical accompaniment of the concert is in the hands of pianist Alberto Klein Goldewijk and everything is of course led by our own conductor Michael van Breemen.
We start the evening on June 22 at 8:15 PM in De Meervaart on the Sloterplas in Amsterdam West. The hall is open from 7:45 PM. The theater is easily accessible by tram 1 and 17. And there is also plenty of parking. The concert ends around 10:00 PM. Afterwards there will be a meet & greet with the choir for our fans. And there is a DJ with whom we will end this musical long summer evening.

Op 22 juni a.s. is ons traditioneel zomerconcert met als thema ‘A Musical Night with MANOEUVRE’. Het wordt een avond vol bekende musical songs, variërend van de klassiekers Grease tot de Sound of Music. Maar ook brengen we nieuw werk zoals ‘Spreid je veren’ uit de musical De Mol en de Paradijsvogel. Nummers die allemaal goed passen bij ons profiel als ‘Gay Men’s Chorus’. Een voorproefje lieten we horen tijdens ons optreden in januari in Paradiso: DO-RE-MI.
De muzikale begeleiding van het concert is in handen van pianist Alberto Klein Goldewijk en alles staat natuurlijk weer onder leiding van onze eigen dirigent Michael van Breemen.
We beginnen de avond op 22 juni om 20:15 uur in De Meervaart aan de Sloterplas in Amsterdam West. De zaal is open vanaf 19:45 uur. Het theater is goed bereikbaar met tram 1 en 17. En er is ook voldoende parkeergelegenheid. Het concert eindigt rond 22:00 uur. Na afloop is er voor onze fans een meet & greet met het koor. En er is een DJ waarmee we deze muzikale lange zomeravond afsluiten.
