Get sweaty and work on your conditioning. Working the bag is a full body workout that will target every muscle in your body. The trainer will make sure you learn the proper techniques to hit the bag as hard as you can without injury. Get your hands wrapped, gear up and let’s hit some bags! (we offer rental equipment)
