In Filipino, the word Linangan translates to 'a field for planting.' True to its name, the Linangan collective is devoted to nurturing the Filipino quest for justice, peace, and democracy. In partnership with Tools for Action, they craft an inflatable sculpture that carries a resounding call for solidarity. This call resonates with diverse groups engaged in the fight for justice across various contexts. The fluid inflatable creates an interconnected network, uniting diverse communities in this shared struggle.

Expo als roep om solidariteit
In het Filippijns betekent het woord Linangan ‘een veld om te planten’. Het gelijknamige collectief ondersteunt met hun activiteiten de Filippijnse strijd voor gelijkwaardigheid, vrede en democratie. In samenwerking met Tools for Action, creëren ze een opblaasbare sculptuur die oproept tot solidariteit. Solidariteit met verschillende groeperingen die uit verschillende contexten strijden voor rechtvaardigheid. De inflatable creëert een vloeibare verbinding tussen uiteenlopende gemeenschappen die met elkaar verbonden zijn in deze strijd.
