Open contactavond Transgenders Hoorn

Transgenders Hoorn organizes social gatherings for crossdressers, transgender individuals, transsexuals, and all other members of the LGBTQ+ community, as well as interested individuals, every 3rd Wednesday of the month. The aim is to promote acceptance and empowerment within this community. You are welcome to attend our evenings dressed in the clothing or "outfit" that you feel represents you. However, we appreciate it if attendees are dressed in appropriate attire.

Unfortunately, we do not have facilities for changing clothes or applying makeup as we are located in a public space that is not equipped for this purpose.

Meeting location: Wout's Beerhouse (formerly De Oude Stadskroeg) at Kerkplein 33 in Hoorn. Parking in Hoorn can be challenging, but in the evening, you can park for free in areas with parking meters. Do not park in areas designated for permit holders, as you may be fined. If parking is difficult, there is a parking garage called 't Jeudje (navigation address Vollerswaal 61A, 1621 GD Hoorn), which is less than a five-minute walk from our location.

The gatherings take place every third Wednesday of the month, starting at 8:00 PM (except for the month of August).

Transgenders Hoorn organiseert elke 3e woensdag van de maand gezelligheidsbijeenkomsten voor travestieten en/of crossdressers, transgenderisten, transseksuelen, alle overige LHBT’ers en belangstellenden, om de acceptatie en de emancipatie van de doelgroep te bevorderen. Op onze avonden ben je welkom in de kleding of “outfit” die jij vindt dat bij je past. Wij stellen het echter wel op prijs dat men in nette kleding aanwezig is.

Helaas hebben wij geen gelegenheid om te kunnen omkleden of je eigen op te maken. Dit komt omdat we in een openbare gelegenheid zitten die hier niet op is ingericht.

Plaats van samenkomst: Wout’s Beerhouse (voorheen De Oude Stadskroeg) aan het Kerkplein 33 in Hoorn. Parkeren wordt helaas al moeilijker in Hoorn maar in de avonduren mag je gratis parkeren op die plaatsen waar een parkeerautomaat staat. Ga niet op plaatsen staan waar vergunningshouders hun plek hebben want daar wordt je wel bekeurd. Mocht dat eens niet lukken, dan kan men parkeren in parkeergarage ’t Jeudje” (navigatie adres Vollerswaal 61A, 1621 GD Hoorn). Het bevindt zich op nog geen vijf minuten lopen naar onze locatie.

De bijeenkomsten zijn op elke derde woensdag van de maand vanaf 20.00 uur (met uitzondering van de maand augustus).
