This gathering brings together voices from across the community to explore wellbeing, resilience, and the unique challenges faced by queer professionals in the tech industry.

Meet the Speakers:
- Michael Stephens (he/they): Founder of We Create Space, Michael is a mental health advocate dedicated to promoting self-care and wellbeing within LGBTQ+ communities and workplaces.
- Vlad Zely (he/him): A design executive and leadership coach who has explored the intersection of queerness, leadership, and wellbeing in tech post-pandemic.
- Tim van de Grift (he/him): A psychiatrist specializing in queer mental healthcare and co-supervisor at Kaleidos, an Amsterdam-based mental health center. His research focuses on trans and intersex mental health and the effects of minority stress.
- Gill Wells (she/her): A seasoned eCommerce leader and DEI advocate. Gill emphasizes the importance of wellbeing as a new definition of success, rooted in self-discovery, relationships, and purpose.
