Queer Pillow Talk: Fat Panties in Queer Gym, a special reading group co-organised by Julie Yu, Reading My Panties (Lu Lin) and Djuna Couvee.

We will think, eat, read and write together. Focussing on the themes of Fatness and Queerness- the ways fat bodies move beyond, experience and defy normative beauty standards. Aiming to reflect on personal experiences and relate to texts selected by the organisers in combination with (writing) exercises and sharing a meal. We will highlight queer joy, celebrating bodily autonomy and explore the power, pleasure and loveliness of fat bodies.
