Regenboog Danspaleis - A Celebration for All!

The Regenboog Danspaleis is a welcoming dance space for everyone, where rainbow classics take center stage—think Little Richard, Judy Garland, Ramses Shaffy, and a mix of disco, quickstep, and merengue. In this inclusive community, traditional gender roles in ballroom dancing are reimagined, bringing together people from across the LGBTQIA+ spectrum to dance with one another.

Our DJs and dance partners are either part of the rainbow community themselves or trained to dance with LGBTQIA+ elders, creating a vibrant, inclusive atmosphere.

Het Danspaleis aims to keep rainbow elders in the Netherlands active, joyful, and connected, helping to combat loneliness through this "fuel station of life’s joys."
