Sports Day at Queer Gym

The day when all the sporty and non-sporty queer people can enjoy a day of exercise at the Queer Gym. On this day, we will provide you with 3 different exercises led by the people from the queer gym! All these trainings are suitable for beginners. Taking care of what your body needs is an important factor in having a good exercise, so remember to bring enough water with you and take the rest you need when you need it.
We will be asking for a small fee of 5 euros to cover the costs of the materials and everything included.

Schedule:
18:00-19:00 - Boxing Fundamentals: An introduction to boxing.
19:00-20:00 - Training Fundamentals: An introduction to power training with a focus on the quality of movement, including breathing, mobility, core strength, and techniques like deadlifts, squats, and push and pull movements.
20:00-21:00 - Dance Party: Dancing is an amazing way to exercise and is also fun to do. There is no wrong or bad way to dance. There will be no technical skills, no mirrors, and no perfection.
Come as you are and dance as you are.
