During this Symposium, we pay attention to the visibility of differences and similarities in the workplace. You will discover how to place diversity on your company's agenda and how to strengthen the interaction and cooperation between colleagues (with diverse backgrounds). We reflect on how to deal with different cultures and creating a good gender balance within your organization. You will get inspiration on how to optimally utilize talents and differences. A symposium with concrete advice and best practices from organizations that are already actively involved with inclusivity and diversity on all aspects.
