Vogue was created in the 80s LGBTQIA+ people of color from the ballroom scene, and since then it has grown into one of the most iconic LGBTQIA+ dance styles there is. And now it’s your turn to move your feet! Andre Gabbana is the founder of the Utrecht Ballroom Scene, a community devoted to queer and trans people of color, and Dutch Mother of The House of Gabbana. With expertise in ‘arms control’, Andre takes you through the activism of the dance style, while she teaches you the foundations of ballroom. Step in and learn techniques that’ll blow everyone on the dance floor away. Put on your best dancing outfit, and vogue! vogue!
