What ✨ Join our workshop on Tension Release Exercises (TRE) in collaboration with @menaswell! It’s a fantastic way to relax and work on yourself. Whether you are experiencing stress, discrimination, trauma, or simply want to improve your well-being, this is for you!
Who 🧘♂️ Experienced professionals, including an EMDR trauma psychologist and a certified TRE provider, will lead the workshop.
